Max’s real estate journey started in an unlikely place—on a Navy ship in the South China Sea, where he read Rich Dad Poor Dad while deployed as a U.S. Marine Corps Artillery Officer. That book changed everything.
Within three years, Max built a 25-unit rental portfolio, including long-term, short-term, and medium-term properties. Along the way, he realized something:
